My name is Josephine Wadman. I am a glass lampwork bead and jewellery maker based just  outside Taunton in Someset.     I have been making lampwork beads and jewellery for five years. 

I use a variety of Italian Murano, German and American glass to create my unique lampwork beads, often combining the glass with enamels and pure silver or gold foils. 

Glass is a fascinating material to work with, watching it change and move in the open flame is like magic or.

Often my inspiration comes from nature, at other times it can be the colours in a fabric design or piece of china.  The possibilities are endless.
